Privacy Policy

swecflow.com is run by swec.flow, a one-person web studio registered in Tokyo, Japan ("swec", "we"). This page explains what personal information we handle, why, and the choices you have. We keep it short because we collect very little.

What we collect

• Email address — when you download a free file or purchase a product through our Gumroad store, Gumroad shares your email and order details with us so we can deliver the files.
• Messages — anything you send us by email or through platforms where we work (e.g. Gumroad, Framer, X).
• Server logs — our hosting provider (Vercel) keeps standard technical logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) to run and protect the site. We do not run advertising trackers and we do not use advertising cookies on this site.

How we use it

• To deliver the files you requested and support you if something is broken.
• To send occasional product updates or new releases if you obtained a product from us. Every such email includes a way to unsubscribe, and we honor it promptly.
• To reply when you write to us.

What we don't do

• We do not sell or rent your personal information. Ever.
• We do not send unrelated marketing to customer lists.

Who processes data for us

We rely on a small set of service providers: Gumroad (checkout, file delivery, email list), Google (email correspondence), and Vercel (hosting). Each processes data under its own privacy terms.

Retention & your rights

We keep order records for as long as tax and accounting rules require, and correspondence for as long as it is useful. You can ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you — email swec.flow@gmail.com and we will act promptly. If you are in the EEA/UK, our legal bases are your consent and our legitimate interest in running a small studio.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new effective date.
