LEGAL TERMS OF USE & PRODUCT LICENSE
Terms
Effective: July 13, 2026 · swec.flow (sole proprietorship, Tokyo, Japan)
1. This site
swecflow.com, its articles, images, and the demo works linked from it are © swec.flow unless noted otherwise. You may quote short excerpts with a link back; please don't republish whole pieces.
2. Demo works are fictional
Our portfolio pieces (TUNGSTEN, KAKU, MOTO, and the rest) are design showcases for fictional brands. Company names, products, testimonials, prices, and statistics that appear inside a demo are invented for demonstration and are clearly marked as demos. They are not claims about real businesses or results.
3. Product license (templates & kits)
When you buy — or download for free — a swec digital product (Framer templates such as MOTO or ASAGIRI, starter files, guides and kits), you get a lifetime, non-exclusive license under these terms:
- You may use one purchase for one end project — your own site or one client's site.
- You may modify anything: layout, copy, colors, structure.
- You may charge your client for the work you build with it.
- No attribution required.
- You may not resell, redistribute, share, or re-license the files themselves — free or paid, modified or not, in whole or in part (including in other templates, UI kits, or asset packs).
- You may not claim authorship of the original template or represent it as your own product.
- For additional end projects, purchase additional licenses.
4. Refunds
Digital files can't be returned, so sales are generally final. That said: if a file is broken, incomplete, or clearly not as described, email us within 14 days and we will fix it or refund you. Purchases go through Gumroad, and nothing here limits rights you have under applicable consumer law. Japanese commercial disclosure: 特定商取引法に基づく表記.
5. No warranty & liability
Products and site content are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, swec.flow's total liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it.
6. Third-party platforms
Templates run on Framer; purchases run on Gumroad. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms. Feature availability on free plans of third-party tools can change and is outside our control.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Tokyo, Japan, unless mandatory consumer law says otherwise.
